Six- and eight-session online programmes available
Does this sound familiar?
✦ Capable on the outside, overwhelmed underneath
✦ Crave structure but struggle to maintain routines
✦ Seek novelty but find unexpected change unsettling
✦ Care deeply but need substantial time alone
✦ Hyperfocus—or cannot begin a seemingly simple task
✦ Feel emotions, criticism or rejection intensely
✦ Mask, rehearse and monitor yourself to fit in
✦ Cycle through overfunctioning, perfectionism and burnout
These experiences are not personal failures.
They may be signs that your brain, body and nervous system have been working exceptionally hard in a world that has not always understood you.
You do not need a formal diagnosis to begin exploring what supports you.
A whole-person approach to your AuDHD experience
AuDHD is an informal term used to describe the combined experience of ADHD and autism. For many women, recognising this combination can bring clarity to experiences that may previously have appeared contradictory.
You may need structure but resist feeling controlled. You may crave connection while also requiring substantial time alone. You might seek novelty and stimulation while finding unexpected change overwhelming.
The AuDHD Woman’s Map helps you understand how these different needs interact for you, considering the whole person rather than reducing your experience to a diagnosis or list of symptoms.
This is not about fixing who you are.
It is about understanding yourself deeply enough to work with your brain, body and needs. You are welcome to explore the patterns you recognise without having to prove or defend your experience.

6 ✦ Your Personal AuDHD Operating Manual — Show more
Our core journey concludes by bringing your discoveries together into your personal AuDHD Operating Manual.
This becomes a compassionate and practical guide to understanding how you function best.
Your operating manual may include:
• your strengths and natural ways of thinking
• what helps you feel safe and regulated
• your sensory and environmental needs
• early signs of overload, shutdown or burnout
• how your motivation works
• helpful approaches to tasks and transitions
• communication and relationship needs
• boundaries that protect your energy
• personalised recovery strategies
• the support you need from other people
• adjustments you may wish to request
• your priorities for moving forward
You leave with greater clarity and a framework for working with yourself rather than continually fighting against yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a formal diagnosis?
No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to begin exploring the patterns you recognise or to work with the support that helps you.
What is the difference between therapy, coaching and assessment?
Assessment explores whether diagnostic criteria may apply. Therapy supports emotional wellbeing and healing. Coaching is collaborative and practical, helping you understand patterns and make changes that fit your life. The Map is not a diagnostic assessment.
Is the programme online?
Yes. Sessions are held online, so you can take part from a familiar environment wherever you are based.
How do I choose between six and eight sessions?
The six-session Map offers a focused framework. The eight-session Map gives more space for deeper exploration and integration. You do not need to decide before your initial consultation.
How should I prepare?
You do not need to prepare perfectly. Bring the patterns, questions or situations you would like to understand, and we will start there.
Can I ask a question before booking?
Yes. You are welcome to ask me a question before booking.
The AuDHD Woman’s Map is a therapeutic coaching and self-understanding programme. It does not provide a medical diagnosis of ADHD or autism and is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or specialist diagnostic care.
You do not need to understand everything before you begin.
We can start with the patterns you recognise and create a map that makes sense of your experience.
