Is This Assessment Right For You?
This assessment may be right for you if:
✓ You’ve spent years wondering whether ADHD could explain your experiences
✓ You’ve recognised yourself in books, podcasts, videos or social media content about ADHD
✓ You want greater clarity and self-understanding
✓ You are looking for practical recommendations and support
✓ You want to better understand your needs at work, in education, or in relationships
✓ You would like an affordable and accessible starting point before considering a medical assessment
Many clients tell me that their greatest relief isn’t receiving a label, it’s finally understanding why life has felt harder than it needed to be.

Have you ever wondered whether ADHD could explain some of the challenges you’ve experienced throughout your life?
Perhaps you’ve spent years feeling overwhelmed, distracted, exhausted, forgetful, emotionally sensitive, or unable to reach your potential despite trying incredibly hard.
Chances are you have researched ADHD online, listened to podcasts, watched videos, or recognised yourself in other people’s stories.
You may simply want answers.
The Holistic ADHD Identification Assessment was designed for adults seeking clarity and understanding without the long waiting lists and significant costs often associated with private psychiatric assessments.
This comprehensive, evidence-informed assessment explores whether ADHD is a likely explanation for your experiences and provides practical recommendations to help you move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.

What Makes This Assessment Different?
Rebecca recognises that people are more than a checklist of symptoms and that ADHD does not exist in isolation. Life experiences, stress, trauma, hormones, health conditions, sleep, lifestyle and nervous system patterns can all influence how someone functions day to day.
That is why this assessment process combines recognised ADHD assessment frameworks with a holistic exploration of your unique experiences, strengths and challenges.
The goal is not simply to identify traits.
The goal is to help you understand yourself.
