ADHD Coaching

Practical support, compassionate coaching, and tools designed for your ADHD brain, not against it.

Living with ADHD in a world built for neurotypical brains can feel overwhelming. ADHD coaching creates space to work with your strengths while building systems that actually stick, so life feels calmer, lighter, and sustainable.

Why ADHD Coaching?

If you’ve ever sat down to “just send that email” and found yourself three hours later with 17 tabs open, snacks half-eaten, and zero progress, I want you to know that you’re not lazy. You’re living with an ADHD brain in a world that wasn’t designed for it.

ADHD coaching changes the game by helping you:

  • Start tasks without the dread (goodbye, procrastination paralysis)
  • Actually finish what you start without the all-nighters
  • Plan your week in a way that feels freeing, not restricting
  • Handle workplace stress and rejection with more ease
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues, managers, and clients
  • Build routines that support your energy, focus and wellbeing

This isn’t about forcing you into “neurotypical productivity.” It’s about helping you unlock the best of your brain; creativity, big-picture thinking, energy, passion, while building gentle systems that hold everything together.

Access to Work: Funding Made Simple

The UK government’s Access to Work (AtW) scheme can fund ADHD coaching, software, equipment, and even admin support. I make the process simple so you can focus on your work, not paperwork.

With an approved Access to Work grant, you may receive funding for specialist software and equipment, support workers or admin help, and travel costs if needed (funded for up to a year, renewable).

Not always. Many people successfully apply by showing how ADHD affects their work.

How Coaching Works with Me

Sessions are 60 minutes, 1:1, online, usually weekly or fortnightly. Together we build a 12-week roadmap tailored to you:

  1. Quick Wins – calm the chaos, set up simple daily structure
  2. Systems that Stick – calendars, tasks, emails made ADHD-friendly
  3. Focus & Flow – activate your brain, overcome procrastination
  4. Calm & Confidence – regulate emotions, handle rejection, set boundaries
  5. Communicate & Connect – manage meetings, feedback, and workplace dynamics
  6. Sustain & Grow – create long-term strategies and prevent burnout

I weave in holistic practices (like EFT, breathwork and somatic grounding) where helpful because ADHD isn’t just about planning, it’s about feeling safe and steady in yourself.

Investment & Packages

  • Starter (6 sessions) – focus, planning & daily structure

  • Core (12 sessions) – full executive-function reset

Before coaching, I felt like I was constantly firefighting. Rebecca gave me tools that actually made sense for my ADHD brain. Now I finish tasks, I feel calmer, and my boss has noticed the difference so everyone is happy!
