Clients often say: "I feel silly / stupid / pathet Clients often say: "I feel silly / stupid / pathetic saying this but..."
All trauma is valid. There is no comparison. I have recently read some of Edith Eger's work and I would like to share with you this:
“I also want to say that there is no hierarchy of suffering. There's nothing that makes my pain worse or better than yours, no graph on which we can plot the relative importance of one sorrow versus another. People say to me, "Things in my life are pretty hard right now, but I have no right to complain -- it's not Auschwitz." This kind of comparison can lead us to minimize or diminish our own suffering. Being a survivor, being a "thriver" requires absolute acceptance of what was and what is. If we discount our pain, or punish ourselves for feeling lost or isolated or scared about the challenges in our lives, however insignificant these challenges may seem to someone else, then we're still choosing to be victims. We're not seeing our choices. We're judging ourselves.”
Edith Eger. The Choice: Embrace the Possible.
Powerful. An incredible woman offering incredible insights.

Breathe with me on Wednesday 6th July at 7pm to re Breathe with me on Wednesday 6th July at 7pm to rev up your metabolism, boost your digestion, increase your energy and vitality.
Over the past year I have noticed that doing Breathwork regularly has produced similar results as a gentle workout by tracking it with my Fitbit.
Breathing is something we do without thinking. We take about 17,000 to 23,000 breaths a day.
I want to discover if the HOW you breathe can generate results for others too.
If you own a Fitbit and would be happy to share some stats with me such as your heart rate, calories burnt and answer a few questions come along to the Breath Fit Camp.
What's Involved:
Intro & share stats
15 mins gentle movement
25 mins Breathwork
10 mins meditation
Share stats
I am looking for a maximum of 5 people for this session because I will be asking you to share your stats within a group setting.
The session is FREE in exchange for your stats and a testimonial.
Interested?
DM me with your email address and I will send you a form a Zoom link.
