This week the solar plexus has been out of balanced for several people I have supported and I have no doubt there are many others out there who maybe struggling with their sense of identity at the moment for various reasons. The solar plexus is the centre of our self worth, confidence and personal power. When the solar plexus is out of balance we may sabotage our success by handing over personal power to others so define who we are and what we should or shouldn't be doing. Take a moment to place your left hand on your heart and your right hand below on your stomach. Take 3 deep slow mindful breaths. See or sense your power returning to you, allow it to show up, give it permission to return. State the affirmation: "I am worthy of love, kindness and respect" three times. Long into the future, they will continue this chase, merging the days into months into years into centuries, until the day the sun cannot take the separation any longer and she shatters, engulfing the moon and everything else in a burst of light.
