We all have seven main energy centres of spiritual power that lay within us. These energy centres are known as “chakras’, a term meaning “wheel of energy” originating from the Sanskrit word for “wheel” because chakras are circular energy centres that run through the body along your spinal cord and are located close to our nerves, lymphatic tissues and endocrine glands.
The chakras transmit life force or ‘chi’ energy into the body and are responsible for our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. It is important that they are cleansed and balanced regularly. The chakras support us to feel good, manifest, receive divine guidance and fulfil our life’s purpose and one of the fastest ways to feel good now is to tune into your subtle body energy system.
Knowing this, we can recognise there is a direct connection between what we eat and assimilate and whether we have the ability to consistently engage in healthy eating, release excess weight and maintain our ideal weight if and when our chakra system is out of balance. The relationship itself can be circular when we eat well our chakras support us to feel well in mind, body and soul and when we feel well in mind, body and soul energetically match foods that make us feel well. The same applies in the other direction of low vibrational food choices, low energy, slow or stagnate energy centres equals to fatigue, cravings, dis-ease.
Our chakras are constantly receiving, experiencing and responding to our day to day life. They absorb energy from not only what we eat but also our thoughts, our environment and others. When the chakras are cleansed and balanced then we are more able to engage in healthy activity that enhance our vibration with much more ease. There is less of an internal tug of war. When the chakras become out of balance it can affect our endocrine system and organs, our energy, activity levels, emotions and our ability to connect to our intuition.

This is an investment in you, to allow you to comfortably move through the ascension process releasing the things that weigh you down alongside nutrition that will enhance your intuition.
Each session will focus on a chakra, a colour and have an overall theme to bring that specific chakra into alignment for Enlightened Eating for wellbeing. You will receive a list of foods, affirmations and other activities to support the chakras after each session, a chakra meditation to listen to at home and a “Eat the Rainbow” pdf to get you started. You will need a note book and there will be continuation at home activities to keep your vibration stable and balanced between sessions.
